When do I receive my shipment?

Every month you'll be conveniently billed on the 15th and your order will be carefully packed and sent out on or before the 20th.

Can I buy a subscription for someone as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the person’s information in the shipping tab and notate it’s a gift.

What if I don’t like my wines?

Just contact our wine concierge team to let us know. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Can I add extra bottles to my shipment?

Yes! Just send a note to our wine concierge team or reply to your shipment email with what you’d like to add. We’ll make sure to include it on the next shipment we send to you.

What if I won’t be home to receive my order?

We can change your shipping address to route to a local UPS store instead. You can then pick up your wines after they arrive at that location whenever you’d like
