The Barbera d'Asti DOCG of Cascina Valle Asinari is born in the lower vineyards of Marzano Oliveto, in the province of Asti. After a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement, the wine is aged in a large 50-year-old Slavonian barrel. The result is a structured, fruity and spicy wine, to be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C to enhance the fragrance of the fruit.

Ruby red with purple reflections, the nose has fruity and balsamic tones, with mentholated hints and delicate spiciness. In the mouth it reveals a great structure and round tannins, with a persistent sip in fruity and spicy returns.
