2010 Groth Reserve Cab 1.5L
If you don’t cellar this Cab, you’ll miss out on what it has to offer. It is a dry, deeply flavored, superbly structured wine, rich in tannins, with brooding depths of flavors ranging from black currants, cassis and licorice to hints of dried herbs and sweet, toasty cedar wood. The alcohol is on the high side, in the modern Napa style, but the wine wears its heat well.

About the Winery
Representing the finest lots of the vintage from the Reserve blocks on our Oakville Estate, this wine is the pinnacle of our growing and winemaking efforts. When our family acquired our Oakville Estate in 1981, we knew it was a special property, one eminently suited to growing great Cabernet Sauvignon. It quickly became clear that certain Cabernet lots from the western edge of our property displayed unique, intriguing characteristics distinct enough to be bottled on their own.
