2019 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

A perfect example of a classic Cabernet from the heart of Napa.  This beautiful Garnet hue has a beautifully balanced and focused nose.  Offering blackberry and vanilla bean.  Promising a darker side….fresh dirt after an evening rain.  The palate rings with fresh fruit and nice, structured chewy tannins.  It has a unusually long finish to delight the night. 
 
Perfect for a juicy steak or game dish.  Could balance out with a good cheeseburger also.
