2021 Jeremy Nickel Cabernet Sauvignon

From the exalted Halter Valley within Oakville (only 5 producers- Harlan, Bond, Promontory, and FUTO), this is an absolute gem  Jeremy is legacy to the Nickel family of Far Niente and Nickel and Nickel fame- thing is...they sold off their property and kept the best for themselves:  Only a few hundred cases made, total labor of love and 2019 vintage...and, they sell over 80% of their fruit to Bill Harlan and just keep a touch for themselves.  Atelier Melka took over the winemaking in 2018, property all farmed by the legendary Jim Barbour, and it shows.
