2023 Costa De Oro Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

Picked early for a potential alcohol of 13%, this wine is fresh and mineral driven with aromatics and flavors of Bosc pear, lemon peel, and apricot. Fermented in neutral barrels and aged on the lees for 11 months, the wine is food friendly with good texture and a smooth finish. This wine is often a blend of local vineyards with our Gold Coast Vineyard representing the largest portion of the blend.
