2023 Costa De Oro Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir

Our SBC Pinot Noir is blend of different picks in our Gold Coast Vineyard, as well as grapes from Solomon Hills and Kick On Vineyards. The grapes are detemmed and fermented in open top fermenters with manual punch downs twice a day. After 11 months in neutral French oak, a blend was assembled before bottling. The result is a fruit-driven and layered wine with aromas of cranberry, black raspberry, clove and loam. Great with herb roasted chicken or vegetable pasta.
