Tasting – Dark ruby color with berries, milk chocolate, vanilla and forest floor delight the nose with complex aromas to the wonderful Pinot. With a medium finish, you taste the smells in a wonderful array of complexity.
Pairing with milk chocolate to bring out the aromas on the nose and mouth. Where you typically wouldn’t pair Pinot’s with chocolate, the Dairyman compliments milk chocolate in a unique way due to the richness of the fruit in the wine and the wonderful silky texture.
