2021 Mirror Sonoma Sauv Blanc

This wine has delightful aromas of dried pineapples and tropical fruits.   When opening up in the glass you get lemon and dried apricots.  The palate has a burst of green apple and earthy flavors of clay and stone. 
Pair with savory cheese or a seafood salad.  Nice with a tangy vinaigrette or oysters.
