NV Canard Duchene “Leonie” Brut

Presenting a bold tribute to the co-founder of Canard-Duchene, this wine emphasizes the vibrant freshness and purity of Pinot Noir. Made from 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Meunier, it is based on the 2021 vintage, with 50% from our perpetual reserve (2009-2012) which sees 4 years on the lees and a limited dosage of <7g/l. It offers exotic flavors, highlighted by notes of candied pineapple, and is complemented by hints of dried flowers, toasty nuances, subtle spices, and fresh peaches.
