NV Jean Laurent Blanc de Noirs

As a third-generation grower in the Côte des Bar, Champagne Laurent showcases a house style focused on single-varietal bottlings. This Blanc de Noirs is crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir, undergoing stainless steel fermentation with full malolactic conversion. Blended from five vintages and aged for a minimum of 30 months on the lees, it features a dosage of 9- 10g/l. The wine exhibits great concentration and purity of fruit, with enticing aromas of spicy cherry, apricot, and nectarine. On the palate, it offers a fine bubble texture and vibrant acidity.
