NV Thienot Rosé

Fresh and invigorating, this Rosé is primarily Chardonnaybased, comprising 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, all undergoing 100% malolactic fermentation. With 30% sourced from reserve wines, it spends 36 months on the lees and has a dosage of 8g/l. Its soft pale pink hue is complemented by aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, and violet. On the palate, it is fresh and rich, featuring delicate red fruit notes and a lively mousse.
